November 2006 West Richland Veterans Day Parade

Our Tri-City Young Marine Color Guard for today consists of (left to right) Osborne, Plumlee, Guerrero and Spang. The past few days we've had some Young Marines that have performed Color Guard for their first time..it can be a bit frightening, but it doesn't show.

A cool November morning won't keep our Tri-City Young Marines from showing their marching form. It was great to see how many people came out, all bundled up, to show their support and honor our Veterans on this day.

Tri-City Young Marines...you are all looking great today! OORAH!

DeGraaf and Apgar proudly carry our Banner and lead our Unit through the main drive of West Richland.

Sgt. Bowman barking out commands to our Young Marines.

Color Guard looking good...We're happy to report they are doing a great job! After all, they avoided those road hazards!

Carefully manouvering the parade route of West Richland, our Young Marines escaped without a single "boot in the you-know-what" tragety.

What a great looking bunch of Young Marines!

They looked so nice, just had to get another photo.

TCYM members and Staff that were at the parade today.

Another successful parade under our belts. Our Young Marines take great pride in preparing for these events and participating in community activities. The community is getting to know us, as there were several "shout outs" to our Unit during the parade. Way to go Young Marines!

Now we can all relax and get ready to head home. It's been a busy couple of days for our Unit, and we are all very proud of our Young Marines professionalism in covering these events. Be proud Tri-City Young Marines! You've earned it!

To all of our Veterans, past and present, their families and friends. We will never forget your sacrifices. THANK YOU for giving us the Freedoms we enjoy today. THANK YOU for helping us feel safe each night. God Bless You All.
